the staff was very cordial and helpful. they always had a smile on their faces. the rooms were nice, clean and quite cosy. the location of the hotel is good as it has an MRT station nearby. overall i found the hotel to be true to my expectations.

The deluxe queen room was reasonably spacious and quiet with twin or king-size bed, providing guests with all the essentials they need. the breakfast was satisfying, offering a wide variety of food that everyone could enjoy. the location is fantastic, with easy access to the monorail and SPL line train stations, as well as other public transportation options that are essential for tourists.

Thank you for a fairly nice stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The property offers particularly good location close to many attractions. It has a huge variety of meals to offer, the food is cheap.

I loved my very pleasant stay for a business trip. the staff were all very friendly and respectful. - the room was huge with the option of twin bed or king bed. - I had a good breakfast with a good choice of food. - the hotel is set in a central area right by shopping areas like Arked Jln TAR, SOGO, Pertama Shopping Complex, and Medan Tuanku monorail.
